*May arrive 7:30-8:30 am to set up your grill and practice, the front parking lot will have space marked off and griddles, grills, + more to utilize. Or bring your own secret weapon of a grill!
Rules:
1) Submissions by 9:00 am
2) Capital Farms Ground Beef and Patties will be provided free of charge, no outside beef allowed.
3) May use your own grill or CF Blackstone Griddles.
4) Limited to 10 Entries: (5) Smash Burgers & (5) Thick Patty
5) May only compete in ONE Division, NO multiple entries.
6) Must Present: ONE (1) Burger Cut into 1/4s for the perfect bite and ONE Burger whole for pictures.
7) Ingredient List for Judges Use.
8) Have fun. No other rules.
