The Capital Farms premium Corriente tomahawk ribeye includes the longissimus dorsi (eye of the rib), spinalis dorsi (ribeye cap), and an extra long bone. This steak is a SHOWSTOPPER and at this price, everyone can enjoy it. This thick-cut steak cooks amazingly using the reverse sear method - bring the steak to your target temperature with an oven, smoker, or grill, then add the sear to the final crust on a smoking hot cast iron.
