Ingredients
- 2 NY Strip Steaks (grass-fed, corriente beef)
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
