Capital Farms Burger Counter Emerges
Capital Farms Meats & Provisions officially opened their doors on Feb. 2, with additions to the butcher shop. Since opening the shop, Capital has stayed true to its mission of providing quality beef and products to Wickenburg residents.
"We still have stayed focused since opening in Feburary providing top quality beef and creating an experience of a butcher shop that you can't get anywhere else," said Capital Farms project manager, Hunter Smith. "Providing locally raised beef that we own from start to finish."
Packaged meat is not the only offering available for purchase a the shop. Customers can now sample beef the shop has to offer, as the shop has added burgers and roast beef sandwiches to the menu as perminent items. Steak sandwiches are available once a week and burgers are available for those calling ahead or simply picking up at the counter.
"The burgers have been really popular, we typically sell out at least once or twice a week," said Smith. "We do specials, and hapened to do tacos just last week and they sold out in an hour and a half. On our grand opening weekend we did, buy one get one free burger and sold about 400 of those," Smith said.
