Tenderloin Steak (Filet Mignon) is the leanest and most tender cut of beef available, and when cut from Corriente cattle it is juicy and bursting with protein, but contains very little fat. For a meal that's sure to impress, cook it on the grill or serve as the centerpiece of a sophisticated dinner.
